Job Description
  • Take responsibility for the development, execution, and measurement of digitally focused and analytically grounded customer centric programmes designed to increase sales and impact customer behaviour
  • Develop customer focused marketing campaigns and marketing content across multiple channels (email, online, print, etc) to achieve defined business objectives, whilst improving market share and customer satisfaction
  • Work with internal and external sources of information to bring customer insights to the business
  • Participate in the design of promotional content across multiple channels (digital and print) to develop creative briefs for online adverts and promotional pages
  • Own and lead the communication relating to campaigns within the business (training, launch, follow up, etc)
  • Create a platform to devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website using SEO and SEM.

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 5+ years' digital or/and marketing expertise
  • Creative and innovative individual, with a strong curiosity for customer behaviour
  • Detail oriented and highly organised, able to work using own initiative
  • Ability to build excellent working relationships at all levels of an organisation
  • Experience of working with digital tools relating to SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and content management
  • Excellent command of both English and Thai languages, and very strong communication skills in general.
