In 2005, Siam City Cement Group established INSEE Aggregates to supply quality aggregates (crushed rock and coarse sand) with professional management in production and transportation to serve the highest benefits to INSEE Concrete (Ready Mixed Concrete) and our partners which included with Concrete Product Manufacturer as well as construction materials (Roadbase, Crushed Rock Fines, Fill Sand) for road construction and land preparation to other construction contractors.

INSEE Aggregates is striving to develop high quality aggregates and professional technical services which will be needed for producing high performance concrete (ready-mixed / concrete products) and other construction materials.
Rock

Crushed Rock 20mm (3/4”)
From blasting to crushing and screening process. INSEE Aggregates’ Crushed Rock 20mm is complied with ASTM C33 Size No.6,7 (grading from 19.0mm to 4.75mm) with granular shape which suitable to be used as coarse aggregates for concrete.

Crushed Rock Fines 0-5mm
Crushed Rock smaller than 5mm from the screening process, not contaminate with clay and silt. Suitable to be used as fine aggregates for concrete or asphaltic concrete and concrete block.

Roadbase
Well graded materials mixing of coarse and fine aggregates, clean and not contaminate with clay which meet the requirement of road construction materials. Suitable to be used as base and subbase layer for road construction project or landfill project.
Sand

Coarse Sand (RMC Sand)
Natural Sand, washing and screening to get proper grading. Complied with ASTM C33, Fineness Modulus (F.M.) between 2.3 to 3.1, clean and not contaminate with clay / silt / organic material, fine particles (<75µm) is lower than 3% and (%)moisture content is controlled to not over than 8%. Suitable to be used as fine aggregates for concrete.

Special Coarse Sand (RMX Sand)
Mixing of Natural Sand and Crushed Rock Fines 2-5mm, wash and screen to get proper grading. Complied with ASTM C33, Fineness Modulus (F.M.) between 2.3 to 3.1, clean and not contaminate with clay / silt / organic material, fine particles (<75µm) is lower than 6% and moisture content is controlled to not over than 8%. Suitable to be used as fine aggregates for concrete.

Fine Sand
Natural Sand, wash and screen to get proper grading. Fineness Modulus (F.M.) between 1.2 to 2.1, clean and not contaminate with clay / silt / organic material, fine particles (<75µm) is lower than 3% and moisture content is controlled to not over than 8%. Suitable to be used as raw material for mortar and light weight concrete block.

Fill Sand
Natural Sand, from the production process of coarse sand and fine sand, not contaminate with clay and weed which meet the requirement of road construction materials. Suitable to be used as embankment material for road construction project or landfill project.
